Once you check-in to the spa, you will be given a spa key that you will use for all of your purchases including your food, drinks, towels, massages etc. The spa key has a number printed on it which is your assigned locker number. You will have to remove your shoes before you can enter the spa area, You will have the option to purchase flip flops in the locker room for $5 (no, you will not be able to bring your own). Your spa key will track all of your purchases so you don’t have to worry about carrying around cash or credits cards.
Once you are ready to leave, you can head to the receptionist desk and check-out. This is where you pay off the balance on your account. Also, you can stay as long as you want since the spa is always open, but remember if you walk out, you will not be allowed to come back in.
