Rise n°1

I’ve had this restaurant bookmarked for a while and I finally had the chance to check it out, and I was impressed! The wait time was 20 minutes on a Tuesday night so we decided to eat at the bar. The bartender was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and helped us pick out what to eat.

For starters, we ordered the marshmallow soup, which was my favorite part about dinner! For my main course I ordered the crab soufflé and it was ok, I wouldn’t order it again. My friend ordered the spinach soufflé and it was pretty good. For dessert we ordered the Banana Foster Soufflé, and that was melt in your mouth scrumptious! We finished the entire thing in a matter of minutes! Overall, I had an amazing experience, I would pass on the crab soufflé, that was the only thing I didn’t like, and I love crab everything! I can see why the reviews are so great for this restaurant, check it out, you won’t be disappointed!
